Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating marketing campaigns, and assisting with the development of marketing materials.

As the Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the marketing team to understand the needs of our clients and develop campaigns that meet their goals and brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, such as social media graphics, advertisements, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance
• Create marketing campaigns, including developing strategies and tactics, setting goals and metrics, and executing campaigns across various channels
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, including creating social media graphics, advertisements, and email campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand the needs of clients and develop campaigns that meet their goals and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with other marketing associates and cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are consistent and meet project requirements
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and techniques, and continually improve skills and knowledge
• Meet project deadlines and work efficiently under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• 2+ years of marketing experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (required)
• Experience with social media management and marketing software, such as Hootsuite and Mailchimp Strong portfolio of marketing campaigns and materials
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environmen
